Crane Wind Alarm

High winds can cause problems with crane operation.  Comptus Inc. manufactures controls to suit every application.  The Eurus, Model C47 Wind Alarm can monitor wind speed and direction.  Eurus has four user programmable alarms.  Eurus can also provide 4-20 mA output signals for monitoring by programmable logic controls.  The Notus C44 Wind Alarm monitor wind speed and has two user programmable alarms with time delays.  The Vayu, Model C45 Wind Alarm is the least expensive and has one user programmable alarm and time delay.

The Aeolus, Model A70-S provides a 4-20 mA, 0-1 mA or 0-1 VDC signal proportional to wind speed.  The Boreea, Model A70-D Wind Direction a 4-20 mA, 0-1 mA or 0-1 VDC signal proportional to wind azimuth.
