The Comptus A70H Series solar radiation sensors are available in several models; PAR, Insolation, Quantum, and general Solar Radiation. The A70H-A PAR Sensor measures photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) in the 400 to 700 nm range. The A70H-I Insolation Sensor measures solar radiation in the 280 to 2800 nm range. The A70H-Q Quantum Sensor measures solar radiation in the 370 to 650 nm range. The A70H-SR detects general solar radiation in the 300-1100 nm range.Comptus A70H Series solar sensors provide a signal output proportional to the phenomenon being monitored. The signals from the sensors are scaled to provide the desired output.

All components have proven themselves rugged and reliable through years of field operation. These units can be used in conjunction with electronic data collection systems or for input to control systems. They are readily combined with meters and/or relays to provide custom controls.

All solar radiation sensors are available with 4-20mA or RS485 outputs. Standard operating power is 12-24VDC. They are entirely self-contained and designed to NEMA 4X, IP66 and IEC 529 standards.
